These general contracting conditions apply to all commercial transactions carried out in our physical store as well as through the official website of https://projectvipp.com, hereinafter The Seller. For more information about the Seller and our privacy policy, consult the Legal Notice located at the bottom of each page of this website. We kindly ask you to read these conditions of purchase and our privacy policy carefully before making any purchase or order. The following conditions apply to all sales and deliveries in general, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This website, all material, intellectual property and content are protected by copyright. The images, photographs, logos, descriptions and files are used with permission, if you wish to use this site or its content for any purpose, please contact us first to determine their suitability.

Offers are subject to your confirmation. A contractual agreement only comes into existence once an order has been confirmed in writing.


PRODUCTS

As much as possible, the Seller tries to depict its products as accurately and realistically as possible; however, due to the effects of your screen or the browser you use, we cannot virtually guarantee that the interpretation of the design will look as follows: Our approach to wood grain, upholstery colors, textures and finishes in general is considered acceptable by our clients, thus no claims are allowed for this reason. In the event that an exact finish or color is of critical importance, please contact our customer service department.


PRICES

All prices are set in euros (€). The prices of the products displayed on the Seller’s website correspond to the Retail Price (RRP), Taxes Included. Pricing is based on a contract, following and respecting the general terms of sale stipulated in the official price lists of the represented brands.

Purchasing products to be delivered on the territory of any member nation of the European Union or internationally will be subject to the Spanish Value Added Tax of 21%.
*For purchases that must be delivered to territories of states that are not members of the European Union or to Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, please contact customer service.
In the event of price changes, errors or omissions, new taxes or similar causes, the Seller retains the right to modify the prices without prior notice.


WARRANTY

We take pride in delivering the highest quality and the best guarantee to our customers. Our stores offer a large variety of items endorsed by prestigious commercial firm Vipp. In the corresponding guarantee certificate, the Seller guarantees the quality of the products it protects, according to the legal terms that the manufacturer has established.

The warranty rights are valid from the date of our establishment’s stamp of approval at the time of purchase or delivery. The warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, blows, improper use, changes of voltage, incorrect installation performed by someone other than the authorized service provider, or materials subject to wear and tear. When an incident qualifies for the guarantee, the customer will be granted a repair, replacement, discount or purchase voucher.

The guarantee becomes invalid:
If some of the data on the proof of purchase or of the guarantee are changed, altered, or replaced.
If both the identification number and the guaranteed device itself are manipulated or repaired without the knowledge of the authorized Technical Service.
If it lacks the signature or stamp of the establishment.

*In order to use the guarantee, it is imperative to present the sealed certificate of guarantee and proof of purchase!


DELIVERY TIMES

The Seller undertakes to do everything possible to manage and deliver all orders within the agreements and deadlines agreed. Delivery times are based on individual agreements.

Products in stock can be delivered in 48 hours depending on the availability of the carrier.

Products requested to receive will have a delivery period of 10-15 days.

Products sold to order require variable delivery times of between 2 and 9 weeks from their start-up, depending on their type: (objects, furniture, decoration, lamps …) of the manufacturer, nationality, or degree of customization: (upholstery, finish, materials, etc.).

Delivery times are “estimated” and NEVER “exact dates”. The Seller is not responsible for any change in delivery times once an order has been placed and put into the product.


FORCE MAJEURE

Due to force majeure, pandemics, interruptions in production, strikes, catastrophes, riots, hostilities, unavailability of materials, or any other factor beyond our control, either in our workplace or in that of any of our suppliers, The Seller reserves the right to alter the duration of the agreed term, modify its conditions, cancel or suspend the sale, not being responsible for the damages that this may cause.


OFFICE

Your order will be delivered to the address you provide. Deliveries are made at the customer’s expense from our logistics warehouse located in Spain. The goods will be sent at our discretion “prior notice” to the customer, facilitating the tracking of shipments.

We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, an invoice can be issued separately for each partial delivery. For products of large volume or weight, it is the customer’s responsibility to control and guarantee the accessibility of their goods within the delivery area or place of use (which passes through all doors, stairs, windows, etc.).

When the customer does not comply with our attempts to deliver the merchandise, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and claim the cost of the possible expenses that this circumstance may cause. The Seller reserves the right to retain title to the property until such time as the goods have been fully settled.


SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs

The transport costs for all our products are calculated according to the destination, weight, fragility, volume or type of the same.

The amount to be paid for transport costs will be added at the end of the purchase process before making the payment.

*All shipments within the Iberian Peninsula are free for purchases over € 75. (except the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla)
For purchases under € 75, the shipping cost will be a minimum of € 9 + VAT.

International deliveries

International transport costs for “standard” products are calculated automatically and have been configured to guarantee their dispatch in the easiest, cheapest, and fastest way, being dispatched via courier.
International transport costs for “special” products (exceeding the franchise price greater than € 600.00, dimensions greater than 200 cm, or weight greater than 40 kg), will be calculated in a personalized way through and based on the rates of a discoverable international operator, proposed by our company or suggested by the client.

For all orders abroad, the client accepts and agrees to provide the necessary information to carry out the legal procedures for the export and shipment of their goods.
*We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, although the customer can expressly request a personalized shipping estimate.


RISK TRANSFER

All our shipments require acceptance upon delivery. “Do not sign the receipt of any delivery if you are not sure that the merchandise matches, is complete, and has not suffered any damage.”

Once the receipt document has been signed, you will not be able to claim from our company or the carrier any damage to its content. As soon as the merchandise has been delivered, the risk of accidental destruction or deterioration becomes the responsibility of the customer.


TAXES

Taxes to be added to the sale price of the product will be 21% VAT for sales made from Spain to any country in the European Union or internationally.
*If for the above reason, the customer does not comply with our delivery attempts, or returns the merchandise, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order, deduct and/or claim the cost of the expenses that this circumstance may cause from the customer.


STORAGE

If a customer cannot immediately take charge of goods that are ready for shipment or delivery, we can keep them free of charge in our warehouse for a maximum period of 21 days from the date of receipt. If storage is required for a longer period, the storage charge will be 3% of the amount billed per month, up to a maximum period of four months (120 days).

The storage charge can be increased depending on the type, handling, weight, or volume of the stored goods. Once the four months (120 days) have elapsed and prior notice and warning to the customer, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the sale, recovering the title to the property of all the stored goods, losing the right to claim the total amount delivered. for the client.


RETURN

The satisfaction of our clients is one of our main objectives. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it, request an exchange or a *purchase voucher.

To process a return, the customer must ensure in advance that the product must be returned intact in its original packaging with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included and without having been opened, manipulated or used. Once the merchandise has been received in our store or warehouse, and after checking its correct status, we will proceed to its replacement or *purchase voucher.

*The purchase vouchers have an expiration period of 30 days. However, taking into account the special circumstances of international clients, in those cases we offer exceptionally the possibility of request – prior notification – an exceptional extension of the expiration period of their voucher, up to two more months (90 days in total). Once the three months (90 days) have expired, the Seller reserves the right to reject any voucher, losing the right to claim the total amount delivered by the customer.

In all cases, the return of a product that is defective or that it has been sent incorrectly or by mistake will be accepted, being the Seller who will be responsible for all expenses, provided that the customer communicates this circumstance within the indicated period.

NO RIGHT TO RETURN

Products sold by express order, personalized products, perishable products (food) and digital products. Products purchased in promotion or other products capable of immediate copying (they can only be exchanged for another identical title).


PLACE AND CHOICE OF LAW

These Terms and Conditions and any counterpart, amendments, or revisions that therein will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain, without taking into account the principles of conflict of laws. In any case, the controversy, lawsuit, action, or procedure that arises from, in connection with, or related to this Agreement will be brought before the Court of Spain, and the parties hereby waive any objection they may have to the jurisdiction staff in these courts.


ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions are the complete statement of the agreement of the parties with respect to the object thereof and supersede all previous agreements and understandings between the parties with respect to the object thereof. To be binding, any amendment or modification of this Agreement will be made by means of a written instrument signed by the parties:
